The winner for the Smart Azan Clock Contest is

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Smart Azan Clock contest. The contest is now complete, unfortunately there is only one random winner.

…and the winner is sister Azra Hassanali from Watford, United Kingdom

We are overall very happy with the contest - The sheer number of participants, the excitement it has generated in our community. More than 1000 likes and participants from all over the globe contributed and we got amazing feedbacks from all of you. We would like to thank all participants for their enthusiastic response to the contest and the eAhlulbayt crew for hosting the contest to make sure everything is smooth.

While we have hit our target a few weeks back, the Tahafunder campaign has finally drawn to a close. We’ve finished with about 375% of project — a considerable amount more than our target, Alhumdulillah with your support, and with the spiritual guidance of the 14 Masoomeen (a.s).

A massive thank you to everybody that has contributed towards this achievement — the support of our initial backers has been outstanding. Clearly there’s a lot of love and support from our online community.

The Smart Azan clock will be launching for general public on 15-August for sales. Looking forward to deliver your smart device by September 2016 or earlier, in batches. We'll keep in touch with our VIP backers to make sure you have our support when in need. Jazakallah, Thank You!

For those who did miss out the winning stream, our next contest is being planne. Get ready, you can be our next winner, Inshallah.

Duas and Regards,
eAhlulbayt Team

Two years ago, prior to a sweltering Ramadan, I made a list of all the things I was going to complete. However, by the tenth day, I was depleted of my imaan boost. After ‘Eid al-Fitr, I looked over my list.

But they seem so easy to accomplish… what went wrong? I believe the problem was that I aspired to reach so many goals in such a short amount of time without really thinking about...

Opportunity to repent is among the most important blessings from the Merciful Lord. Given our propensity to fall into sins in a world that beckons towards evil at every step, not taking help from this opportunity is probably the biggest and most dangerous folly that anyone can commit. Consequences of leaving this world with unpardoned sins are too dreadful to imagine.

Thanks for an amazing 2016. As a start-up, like all others, we’ve had some ups-and-downs, and I’m grateful you’ve stuck with us around. Seriously, some of you have been reading our newsletters since the beginning and supporting and sharing (caring) which is amazing.

We launched an entirely new site in April 2016, and almost as quickly took it went all over. It was our big experiment with #SmartAzanClock product to understand the market need...
